1. Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Application

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5600 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and 5600 ("platform", "us"). They apply to all users accessing the platform from Malaysia, regardless of the method used — whether via web browser or the official mobile app. Users accessing the platform from outside Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring that such use complies with their local laws.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age permitted under applicable local law, to register and use the 5600 platform. By proceeding with registration, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 5600 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend accounts that do not comply with this requirement.

2. Account Creation and User Security

Each user may only register and maintain one (1) active account on the 5600 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, phone number, and any other required details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence. 5600 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any security breach, you must notify the 5600 support team immediately via email at [email protected]. We recommend changing your password regularly and not reusing the same password across other platforms to keep your account secure.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As a 5600 platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes that comply with applicable Malaysian law. You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any of the following activities:

  • Providing false or misleading information, or impersonating another individual or entity during registration or use of the platform.
  • Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other technological means to access or exploit the platform unfairly.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities that violate Malaysian financial laws through the platform.
  • Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the servers, databases, or technical infrastructure of the 5600 platform.
  • Sharing your account with others or transferring your account access rights to another individual.

5600 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user suspected of violating these rules. Such action may include a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the violation. 5600's decision in such matters is final.

4. Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All financial transactions on the 5600 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and reward redemptions — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts payments via approved methods including FPX (direct bank transfer) and listed local e-wallets. Minimum deposit limits, withdrawal limits, and daily transaction limits can be reviewed in the wallet section of your account dashboard.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and that the payment method used belongs to them personally. 5600 is not responsible for transaction delays or failures caused by third-party errors such as banks or payment service providers. In the event of any discrepancy in transaction records, users may contact our support team with the relevant proof of transaction.

5600 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal that is under review if there are signs of suspicious activity or non-compliance with platform policies. In such cases, the user will be notified and may submit the required identity verification documents to proceed with the withdrawal.

5. Liability Limitations and Account Suspension Policy

The 5600 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make every effort to keep the platform running without interruption, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. 5600 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss or financial loss resulting from technical disruptions.

5600 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to comply with identity verification requests; or when directed to do so by the relevant authorities. In cases of closure due to a breach, 5600 reserves the right to withhold account balances associated with disputed transactions while an investigation is ongoing.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through our support channels. Prior to closure, all pending transactions must be settled and any eligible balance withdrawn in accordance with the current withdrawal policy. 5600 will process account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe once all requirements have been met.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms

All content, designs, source code, logos, trademarks, images, text, and other materials on the 5600 platform are the exclusive property of 5600 or its relevant licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, reselling, or using any part of the platform's content without express written permission from 5600.

The 5600 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers. 5600 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Your decision to access third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

5600 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
